Nearly a year into Russia’s brutal invasion of Ukraine, US taxpayers were beginning to feel overly burdened by the cost of war—especially in light of domestic issues.

Poland, the world’s leading host of Ukrainian refugees, sought ways to reignite support on a national scale, so we leveraged Ukraine’s National Day of Unity to plant a garden of hope—seen by over 723 million people worldwide—then sent a call to action to Capitol Hill.
